Coins, a Pioneer crypto brand in the Philippines, is seeking a Product Manager to own KYC/KYB onboarding, AML compliance, and risk-control product delivery. You will translate regulatory requirements into clear product rules and work with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Engineering, QA, and Data teams while managing external vendor integrations.

Competenze

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, payments, or regulated financial services.
• Hands-on with KYC/KYB/identity verification, AML/sanctions, or fraud/risk platforms.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML concepts including CDD/EDD and risk-based approaches.
• Ability to translate ambiguous compliance requirements into structured product flows and rules.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use funnel data to diagnose product issues.
• Able to drive projects independently with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail around system states, decision rules, and auditability.

Mansioni

• Own KYC onboarding and verification flows, including data collection, document verification, OCR, and review handling.
• Design CDD/EDD, risk tiering, rules, and exception handling.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk to implement AML, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring.
• Define product requirements, APIs, and edge-case handling; ensure integration with vendors.
• Monitor funnel performance and vendor effectiveness to optimize risk and conversion.
