Job summary

Lead cross‑functional teams and external vendors, manage schedules, risks, and design reviews, and communicate status to engineers and executives. Requires a BS in engineering and 3+ years in PM or mechanical design.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering required; Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in program management or mechanical engineering design in product development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive upstream component/module builds to fulfill system engineering build demands.
• Manage design releases and tooling kickoff with PD Engineering and vendors.
• Collaborate across engineering teams, operations, industrial design, and vendor partners to meet quality, schedule, and cost goals.
• Understand technical issues and design trade-offs; drive to closure with stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; facilitate conflict resolution within teams.
• Create and maintain complex project schedules for product enclosure and internal mechanical components.
• Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management.
