Job summary

You will interpret customer specs, develop cost-effective solutions, and leverage production capabilities to maximize profitability while maintaining high quality standards. Strong communication and BI tool skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with manufacturing experience.
• Minimum three years in manufacturing, preferably in the wire and cable industry.
• Formal problem-solving and project management experience.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer specs and standards to design manufacturable, cost-effective products.
• Provide design solutions supporting new product opportunities and enhancements.
• Prepare design and cost estimates to maximize profitability.
• Act as liaison between customers, service teams, and production.
• Develop and maintain product BOMs, routings, and test plans.
• Lead new product development projects and drive continuous improvement.
