Victaulic seeks a Lead Customer Experience Technician to bring our experiential center to life for customers, industry partners, and employees. You will lead live demonstrations, support strategic visits, and showcase innovations that accelerate project delivery and reduce risk.

The role blends engineering know-how with customer engagement, requiring hands-on testing, precise measurements, and compelling presentations to diverse audiences, from contractors to executives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's/technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical or trades environment.
• Confident public speaker with ability to present to large groups.
• Hands-on experience with fabrication equipment and testing systems.
• Familiarity with ISO calibration standards and NIST traceability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and facility tours tailored to diverse audiences.
• Answer questions with clarity, reinforcing trust in product quality and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demonstration content with objectives and marketing initiatives.
• Inspect, test, and document product performance per engineering specs.
• Install, set up, and operate equipment and data collection systems for tests.
• Prepare and stage product assemblies ahead of events and demonstrations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant demonstration environments.
