Job summary

DJEH is seeking a seasoned Producer to scope, define, and drive production projects from concept through delivery. You will manage budgets, timelines and cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, technology and accounts, ensuring high quality outputs within scope.

You will mentor junior talent, coordinate vendor relations, and present to clients while maintaining strong communication and adherence to processes and rights clearances across projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of production related experience at a creative agency, marketing/comms firm, or production company.
• Proven track record of managing projects successfully.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry trends and tools.
• Knowledge of AICP bidding guidelines and triple bidding.
• Strong understanding of the creative process.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and adapt to changing project environments.
• Strong knowledge of project planning (goals, budgets, schedules and scope).
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to motivate teams and maintain positive dynamics with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall execution, budget and timeline for mid-level budgeted broadcast, video/photo, digital and experiential projects.
• Lead teams through the production process with strong communication between creative, strategy, technology, account and vendors.
• Ensure concepts can be produced within timeframe and budget.
• Provide guidance during ideation regarding production approaches and solutions.
• Build relationships with production community and vendors.
• Create bid specs and production estimates with clear deliverables.
• Track and actualize production budgets with Business Affairs.
• Coordinate meetings, notes, and status reports.
• Be the point person for daily internal and vendor communications and mentor interns.
