Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations in absence of department and assistant department managers.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• Utilize store systems for Management Planning, Scheduling, CAO and RF Unit.
• Treat co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Meet or exceed Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop produce product knowledge.
• Assist in training other associates when assigned.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance and comply with appearance policy.
• Maintain solid communication within department and organization.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs or maintenance.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
