Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical ability and ability to count.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to questions, requests, and complaints courteously.
• Oversee hiring, discipline, promotion, and evaluation of Produce Dept staff.
• Develop weekly labor schedules for the department in coordination with store management.
• Maintain the display plan, rotate stock, and ensure proper merchandising and pricing.
• Order produce and supplies to minimize stockouts and maintain product freshness.
• Supervise department cleanliness, safety, and equipment operation.
