Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50-75 pounds frequently.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.
• One weekend shift required each week.
• Availability Tuesday-Saturday; opening and closing shifts.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Follows Produce merchandising SOP to maintain abundant, dynamic displays.
• Follows ordering SOP to maintain top-quality organic and seasonal produce.
• Maintains accurate product signage for the department.
• Works with Store Manager and Category Manager to maintain sales performance.
• Manages and controls labor costs for the team.
• Schedules daily coverage for Produce shifts.
• Participates in Manager on duty assignments as needed.
