Job summary

Henkel Corporation is seeking a Processing Team Leader for the 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 6:30am–2:30pm) with overtime as required. You will lead the Processing department, supervise technicians, batch detergents and soaps, and coordinate materials handling and resource planning to keep packaging lines running smoothly.

You will act as a primary contact for the department, drive daily meetings, and collaborate with packaging lines and support teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a processing or manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead decision making and serve as a point of contact for the department.
• Perform tasks and duties of the Operations Technicians in the Processing area.
• Batch soaps and detergents products for packaging lines using automated and manual systems.
• Receive and handle chemical raw materials.
• Coordinate resource planning and batching strategy.
• Participate in and/or lead daily meetings.
• Communicate regularly with packaging lines and other support functions.
