Job summary

Real Alloy is a leading aluminum recycling and alloy production company seeking a Processing Supervisor to lead a hands-on, high-energy team. You will direct daily processing activities, monitor schedules for dryer and crusher operations, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

The role requires a strong communicator with supervisory experience, proficient in MS Office and familiar with industrial processing metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2–3 years related supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and manuals; write routine reports and present to groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct employees to meet processing goals while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Monitor materials, schedules for dryer and crusher, and coordinate with maintenance on equipment issues.
• Promote continual improvement and safety leadership; train and develop team.
• Determine overtime schedules and approve time in UKG; maintain accurate records.
• Supervise 10 to 18 employees across 3 shifts; ensure timely batch processing and reporting.
