• Leads team to support safety, food safety, operations, sanitation, and personnel development.
• Keeps management informed about operational, quality, safety issues, and production costs.
• Adheres to GMPs, maintains sanitary conditions, and reports conditions affecting safety and quality.
• Drives safety and health into all jobs and tasks, ensuring a safe workplace.
• Initiates and participates in continuous improvement and cost-control efforts.
