Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a proactive supervisor to support daily workflow planning, review production volumes, set processing priorities, and coordinate with the Site Operations Lead to reassign work and adjust staffing to meet service level expectations.

You will monitor risks, maintain end‑of‑day reporting, onboard new team members, and drive improvements with the team. This role emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence to deliver reliable service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure continuity in supervisor's absence.

Job description

· Assist in daily workflow planning by reviewing production volumes, setting processing priorities, and coordinating with Site Operations Lead in reassigning work as needed, adjusting staffing coverage, and assisting with operational tasks as needed to meet service level expectations.

· Anticipate operational risks and constraints, including volume fluctuations, staffing shortages, equipment downtime, and workflow bottlenecks, and recommend contingency plans to maintain service levels.

· Maintain production tracking and end‑of‑day reporting, including completed volumes, exceptions, unresolved issues, identified risks, and next‑day priorities.

· Coordinate employee onboarding activities in partnership with the Verra Mobility Supervisor as needed, ensuring new team members receive required training, system access, process instruction, and operational support to successfully integrate into daily workflows.

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company core values and leadership competencies, while actively modeling and promoting those behaviors within the team.

  • Respond to client, customer, and internal processing‑related inquiries in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Field, investigate, and resolve escalated inquiries from internal departments, ensuring timely communication and effective resolution.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership regarding operational efficiencies, workflow improvements, and process enhancements.
  • Participate in planning, strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with external vendors, subcontractors, and business partners as needed to support operational objectives and service delivery.
  • Support and lead special projects, operational initiatives, and internal assignments as required.
  • Assist supervisors and managers with additional tasks, responsibilities, and operational priorities as assigned.
  • Oversee daily office operations and provide leadership coverage in the absence of the Supervisor, ensuring continuity of service and operational performance.
  • Process violations, print, mail, or other operational work as needed to support workload demands and service level commitments.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for temporary team members regarding questions, concerns, performance issues, and operational escalations.
  • Collect, analyze, and distribute daily operational metrics and performance reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Regularly review processor performance, particularly for temporary staff, and conduct side‑by‑side coaching, shadow sessions, and developmental training to address performance gaps and improve effectiveness.
