Job summary

Mary Kay Global is seeking a Sr Maintenance Mechanic - Processing to maintain and repair processing, central weigh, sanitation, tank farm, purified water and waste water equipment on-site at our Lewisville, TX facility. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, document work in our CMMS, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

With 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, you will train others, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with vendors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical cert preferred.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read P&IDs, blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with PLC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment per schedule.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Repair or replace defective parts and document work in CMMS.
• Install, upgrade, and test production equipment with engineering support.
• Lead RCA and improvement projects; train junior maintenance staff.
