Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager with a strong piping background to join a growing mechanical contractor specializing in self-perform process piping systems for pharmaceutical and data center projects. The role is field-driven, offering ownership from preconstruction through closeout.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7+ years in piping-focused construction, hands-on leadership, and experience with self-perform contracts and technical software tools.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years managing piping-focused construction projects.
• Experience with process/high-purity piping in pharma or data centers.
• Strong knowledge of materials and installation methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of piping projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage self-perform piping scopes including labor, materials, and strategy.
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, and clients.
• Control budgets, schedules, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and changes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and project specifications.
• Support preconstruction including estimating and planning.
• Build relationships with clients in pharma and data centers.
