Re:Build Manufacturing seeks a Process and Mechanical Engineering Team Lead to guide a high‑performing group in Rochester/Rush, NY. You will manage workload, mentor engineers, and drive project delivery from concept through execution, ensuring quality and on‑time performance.

You will collaborate with project management and leadership, estimate scopes, and align design work with client requirements while maintaining safety and efficiency across sites.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in chemical, process and/or mechanical engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and team management skills.
• Experience estimating engineering design project costs.
• Experience with design tools and workflow optimization.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the process and mechanical engineering team.
• Manage team workload to meet project demands and optimize resource use.
• Lead talent management, coaching, performance reviews, and onboarding.
