Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield and brownfield projects across a site or cluster to advance glass recycling and process excellence.
• Deliver projects improving product quality, line performance, productivity, energy efficiency, safety, and environmental outcomes.
• Provide technical support for maintenance, repairs, and small capital projects at plant sites.
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Support HSE campaigns and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop documentation and handover to operations.
