Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Plant Manager for Glass Recycling in Las Vegas, NV. You will lead end-to-end plant operations, champion Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and ensure safety, quality, and cost targets align with corporate objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of driving efficiency in a regulated process environment. Join a team focused on sustainable, high-performance operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations leadership experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and change management.
• Strong technical/engineering background with process/equipment knowledge.
• Experience with non-union settings and capital equipment evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations with accountability for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and environment.
• Drive Lean, 5S, visual management and Kaizen events.
• Apply Six Sigma to reduce variation and improve yields.
• Manage KPIs for safety, throughput, downtime, energy, and cost.
• Collaborate with Ops, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams.
