Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in chemical, mechanical, or bioengineering.
• Experience in regulated environments (FDA, cGMP, OSHA, EPA) preferred.
• Hands-on with complex manufacturing equipment and process optimization.
• Experience with drug substance manufacturing equipment (bioreactors, UFDF, filling, cleaning).
• Foundational knowledge of asset management systems for maintenance lifecycle.
• Fundamental process automation knowledge.
• Knowledge of DeltaV, Rockwell, and plant information systems is a plus.
• Strong independence, motivation, and organizational skills; good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute process improvement projects to reduce cycle time and improve yield.
• Support reliability and operating efficiency of manufacturing equipment.
• Perform RCA and troubleshooting; guide engineering investigations.
• Assist with design, installation, startup, validation of process equipment.
• Translate requirements into engineering documentation; collaborate cross-functionally.
• Support safety and environmental health practices on site.
