Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial process engineering, water treatment, desalination, refrigeration, or related industries.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience evaluating process performance using operational and laboratory data.
• Proficiency with Excel and engineering calculations.
• Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
• Skilled in coordinating collaboration across multiple teams/companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization efforts across produced water treatment and desalination systems.
• Lead engineering/design for TWS focused R&D projects.
• Analyze plant operating data to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, improved recovery rates, reduced chemical consumption, and lower operating costs.
• Evaluate existing treatment technologies and recommend operational enhancements.
• Develop process models, mass balances, performance calculations, and operating strategies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies that may benefit TWS operations or create new business opportunities.
• Participate in the design and execution of pilot programs, field trials, and proof-of-concept testing.
• Prepare technical evaluations, business cases, and implementation recommendations for management.
• Support intellectual property development and technology commercialization efforts where applicable.
