Search Masters is seeking an experienced manufacturing process lead to operate and optimize a continuous web coating line producing UV-cured PSA products. The role requires hands-on leadership on the production floor and collaboration with the quality team.

Candidates should have 5+ years of web processing experience, with PSA familiarity preferred. The position offers strong benefits and a collaborative environment in Texas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of web processing experience.
• Experience with pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) preferred.
• Ability to set up, operate, monitor, and optimize a continuous web coating line and UV curing system.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, monitor, and optimize a continuous web coating line producing UV-cured PSA products.
• Operate and manage the coating line while utilizing the UV curing system to identify and address defects.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product conformance and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine equipment upkeep, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal production performance.
• Serve as the technical process lead for the team, providing guidance and expertise on production processes.
