Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to join the R&D team focused on innovation for the Kleenex facial tissue business, across tissue machine and converting assets. You will lead development, validate new processes, and scale operations from pilot to commercial stages, collaborating across R&D, pilot plant, and mill operations.

You will help shape new products and process capabilities, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a culture of safe, ethical, and sustainable practices while

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • 3+ years in product development or technology development.
  • Strong communication and ability to influence across R&E and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with consumer research methods and test methods.
  • Willingness to travel 15–25%.
