Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or other technical discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of process engineers and techs.
• Drive scale-up from prototype to full-scale manufacturing.
• Analyze process data to improve output and quality.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO13485 and ISO 9001.
