Job summary

Search Masters is seeking a process engineering leader to drive the introduction of new parts and processes into full-scale production. You will work with technicians to set up rubber injection molds, troubleshoot processes, and develop SOPs for product lines.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and improving line reliability while reducing scrap. A BS in Engineering is preferred, with leadership experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in rubber or plastics manufacturing is highly preferred; strong manufacturing leaders will also be considered.
• BS degree in Engineering preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction of new parts and processes into full-scale production environments.
• Collaborate with technicians to set up molds and troubleshoot rubber injection molding processes
• Develop and optimize process parameters and techniques to establish SOPs for product lines
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production line issues
• Drive product line reliability while achieving cost savings through scrap reduction initiatives
• Mentor, coach, and train a team of process technicians to enhance their technical capabilities
