Job summary
A leading engineering firm is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable team player to lead process design for new and existing facilities. The role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in chemical engineering, with preferred P.E. licensure. Responsibilities include technical evaluations, developing design documentation, and providing support for field execution. Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience required.
P.E. license preferred.
Experience mentoring and leading small teams required.
Responsibilities
Lead field and technical evaluations of existing process units.
Direct and perform calculations, develop PFDs and P&IDs.
Provide technical support for field execution, including outage projects.
Assist in constructability planning and estimate development.

Knowledge of P&ID development
Heat and material balances
Hydraulic and equipment sizing calculations
Relief device sizing
API standards
ASME codes
Process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS)
