Vulcan Elements in the United States seeks a Staff Process Engineer to act as a technical manufacturing leader on the shop floor. You will develop, commission, qualify, and scale complex processes from pilot to high-volume production, designing trials, recipes, and operating windows while solving advanced process problems.

You will become the technical authority for assigned processes, driving decisions with data, DoEs, and statistical methods to improve FPY, scrap, and throughput.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field required.
• 7+ years of process/manufacturing engineering experience on the floor.
• Proven ability to take processes from development through high-volume production.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export-controlled information access.

Responsabilidades

• Develop equipment recipes, process parameters, operating windows, and production standards.
• Design and execute DoEs; analyze main effects/interactions and optimize CPPs.
• Support FAT/SAT, startup, qualification runs, and production ramp.
• Lead Cp/Cpk, Pp/Ppk, SPC, control charts, and process stability analyses.
• Mentor engineers; review PFMEAs, capability studies, and technical investigations.
