As the company scales rapidly, we're hiring an AI Process Engineer to drive operational transformation through the strategic use of AI across all departments.

This is a unique opportunity to own and optimize the company's internal knowledge systems and workflows while spearheading AI-powered process improvements that deliver real business impact.

The Role:

As the AI Process Engineer, you'll be the architect behind the company’s internal "Nucleus" wiki—a centralized knowledge hub—while identifying and implementing AI tools that enhance operations across marketing, supply chain, and people ops. This role is perfect for someone passionate about operational efficiency, workflow automation, and building a future-ready organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the internal knowledge repository (“Nucleus”).
• Standardize documentation processes and maintain user-friendly systems for onboarding and operations.
• Audit content regularly for accuracy, usability, and compliance.
• Research, evaluate, and deploy cutting-edge AI tools that drive measurable efficiency gains.
• Manage integrations with existing systems and ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards.
• Own relationships with AI vendors and oversee platform performance.

Project Management & Change Enablement

• Lead cross-functional AI projects from discovery to execution.
• Track ROI and adoption metrics; communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Develop change management plans to ensure team alignment and user adoption.
• Support ongoing education and training to reduce friction and maximize impact.

Key Metrics of Success:

• Reduction in manual work and time spent in meetings
• Increased user adoption of AI tools
• Efficiency gains across marketing, ops, and supply chain
• Improved documentation quality and onboarding experience
• Clear ROI from AI initiatives and process upgrades

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or 5+ years in automation/process engineering roles
• Deep experience in workflow automation, business process reengineering, or data-driven ops
• Familiar with tools like Python, SQL, Tableau, and automation platforms like n8n
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage competing priorities
• Strong communicator with a passion for documenting, simplifying, and scaling operations
• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or supply chain environments preferred
• Knowledge of data privacy and security standards
