NES Fircroft Ltd seeks a Lead Process Engineer to guide a design team through front-end design and detailed engineering phases for oil, gas, and chemical projects. You will oversee process design specifications, heat and material balances, and equipment selection to meet project goals.

You will monitor junior engineers, drive process optimization studies, and provide technical oversight of contractor deliverables while ensuring compliance with company methods and standards, plus supporting

Competenze

• BS degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience in petroleum refining or chemical process industry is required.
• Capital project development experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English for technical and business communications.

Mansioni

• Monitor and lead junior engineers in developing process design specifications and related tasks.
• Lead and/or perform process optimization studies to identify capital/operating cost savings and configuration options.
• Provide technical oversight for engineering contractor's work during front-end and detailed engineering.
• Participate in Hazard & Operability Reviews for new or modified facilities.
• Provide commissioning and start-up assistance for new/modified facilities as required.
• Establish organization and staffing process.
