Danos, LLC seeks an experienced process design engineer to lead a design team during FEED and provide technical oversight of contractor deliverables. You will develop basic process design specifications for refinery and chemical processing projects, ensuring compliance with company standards.

The role requires a BS in Chemical Engineering, extensive refinery/chemical industry experience, capital project know-how, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• BS degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent, required.
• Experience in petroleum refining / chemical process industry / with an engineering contractor serving these industries.
• Experience with unconventional upstream and tight oil assets.
• Capital project development experience.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications.
• Must meet all conditional job offer requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead junior engineers in developing process design specifications (heat & material balances, flow plans, equipment design, hydraulics, utilities, controls, materials).
• Lead/process optimization studies to identify cost savings and configuration options.
• Provide technical oversight of engineering contractor work to ensure alignment with methods and specs.
• Participate in Hazard & Operability reviews for new/modified facilities.
• Provide commissioning and start-up assistance as needed.
• Establish organization and staffing processes.
