Qualifications

3+ years in a food processing production environment or similar.

Ability to manage personnel and collaborate with departments.

Responsibilities

Oversight of specific processes and projects.
Project management including purchasing materials, equipment installation, budget tracking, and startup of projects.
Design, development, and management of operations-specific projects.
Conduct optimization assessments to improve energy, chemicals, yields and reliability.
Support capital projects including control strategy development and P&ID management.
Training and mentoring of colleagues; potential to manage 10–30 hourly staff.
