Job summary

AFL is seeking a Process Engineering Supervisor to lead the process engineering team supporting Black Jacket manufacturing. You will drive process optimization, industrialization, safety leadership, quality and cost improvements, and capital project support.

The ideal candidate blends strong people leadership with practical knowledge of cable manufacturing, extrusion, fiber handling, cabling, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Manufacturing, Polymer, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
