Foth is currently seeking a Lead Process Engineer who is team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented. The ideal candidate has a desire to contribute to our clients' success, seeks new learning experiences, and is looking for career growth opportunities. This position is based in Mehoopany, PA.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support process mechanical design efforts on projects.
2. Hold team members accountable for quality work products.
3. Perform QA/QC of engineering and design deliverables.
4. Support business development and proposal activities, including concepts, deliverables, effort hours, and estimated costs.
5. Interface regularly with clients and vendors.
6. Gather field data and conduct investigations in a manufacturing environment as required.
7. Generate equipment specifications and construction documents/packages.
8. Collaborate within project teams including contractors and clients.
9. Review vendor submittals and lead design reviews internally and with vendors/clients.
10. Travel up to 25% for site visits and vendor meetings.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or equivalent technical experience.
2. 10+ years of process engineering experience.
3. Proven leadership and team management skills with engineers, designers, contractors, and vendors.

Previous Experience with:

1. P&ID's and process piping design.
2. Installation, bid, and construction packages.
3. Process and utility system piping.
4. Paper making technology (towel and tissue).
5. Cost estimating and construction support.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
2. PE license or ability to obtain within 24 months.
3. Experience with paper making processes, 3D project execution, HVAC, pipe stress analysis, TAD technology, PHA's, Yankee drying systems, and material handling systems.
