Job summary

The role requires a PhD or MSc in chemistry, 7–16 years of experience, and ability to supervise small teams, mentor staff, and ensure GLP/GMP compliance on multiple projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to client reports and tech transfers.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in chemistry or related field.
• MSc or BSc in chemistry or related field.
• Significant experience (7–16 years) in senior chemical development roles.

Responsibilities

• Solve high-complexity chemical development issues for assigned projects.
• Design and execute core experiments and interpret results.
• Mentor staff and supervise small teams on projects.
• Ensure GLP/GMP compliance and document results.
• Communicate progress and client updates with cross-functional groups.
