Job summary

Solenis LLC is a leading global provider of water and hygiene solutions, seeking a senior process engineer to lead and execute deliverables for capital projects and manufacturing improvements. You will apply process knowledge from concept through startup, collaborating with Operations, R&D, EHS, and external partners to meet safety, quality, and performance goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
10+ years of process engineering experience in relevant industries.
Experience supporting capital projects from concept through startup.
Experience developing process engineering design packages and technical documentation.
Experience working in cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

Lead development of process engineering deliverables for capital projects (PFDs, P&IDs, process descriptions).
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, reliability, capacity and cost.
Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and process simulations to identify improvements.
Support product commercialization by evaluating process capability and manufacturing readiness.
Develop and modify process methods and operating controls to meet product objectives.
Coordinate with external engineering firms, contractors, and equipment vendors as required.
