Job summary

ABB is seeking a Project Engineer in Cleveland, OH to serve as the technical lead for process automation projects across renewable and traditional energy sectors, including US and global initiatives. You will provide technical details, costs, and deliverables for sales proposals and guide project execution from conception to completion.

The role requires 2–5+ years’ engineering experience with Distributed Control Systems, strong communication skills, and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Requires engineering degree and 2–5+ years in engineering.
• Experience with DCS and process automation.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• US work authorization required; relocation not provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or design authority for process automation projects across Renewable, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power Generation, Water treatment industries in US and global terms.
• Provide technical details, costs, and deliverables for sales proposals.
• Make technical recommendations to ensure on-time, on-budget, compliant project deliverables.
