Pharmacy1st Health in the United States is building clinical infrastructure to transform rural pharmacies into integrated care hubs, combining primary care, pharmacy services, and chronic disease management. We are expanding a network of rural clinics co-located with pharmacies to deliver high-quality care in underserved communities.

The PRN Pharmacist will lead with clinical excellence, practice at the top of their license, and play a meaningful leadership role in a growing mission-driven

Competenze

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the state's Board of Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 1 year of community or retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of pharmacy regulations and insurance billing.
• Commitment to excellence in patient care and team development.

Mansioni

• Oversee and ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory and workflow.
• Provide exceptional patient care through accurate dispensing, counselling, and medication management.
• Implement quality assurance, safety, and performance improvement programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support business growth through management of pharmacy services, including immunizations and clinical programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reporting.
• Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with company goals.
