Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Team Lead for Private & Real Assets, Americas based in Chicago, IL. You will drive sales and relationship management for Private Real Estate solutions across the Americas, managing key clients and collaborating with RMs and consultants.

The role requires extensive IR/fundraising experience in institutional real estate, strong investment knowledge, and FINRA licenses. You will lead crowds, organize events, and shape team culture within a global platform.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in investor relations/fundraising/sales for Private Real Estate.
• Deep product knowledge in alternative investments with Private Real Estate experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree; FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses or within three months of start date.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to translate complex investment strategies into investor-friendly formats.
• Must be detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and ability to deliver key insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, AUM retention and client relationship management for the Americas real estate platform as a player and coach.
• Manage key real estate clients and prospects in partnership with Relationship Managers across the organization.
• Cover and build relationships with real estate consultants, working with the Consultant Relations team.
• Organize and participate in meetings and events with clients and prospects.
• Remain knowledgeable of market trends, competitors, and leading client strategies.
• Promote a positive culture within DWS globally and in the Americas as a leader.
