Responsibilities

• Origination & Deal Flow: Screen opportunities, evaluate pipeline, coordinate diligence, advance actionable deals.
• Diligence & Analysis: Conduct market, sector, sponsor, fund- and asset-level research, build financial models.
• Underwriting & Execution: Analyze cash flows, capital structures, and prepare investment committee materials.
• Transaction Management: Drive diligence workflows and manage relationships with managers, counsel, and advisors.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Track performance of existing commitments across real estate and real assets.
• Platform Development: Contribute to growth and scalability of the real assets investment function.
