Job summary

Safran Cabin Materials in Marysville, WA is seeking a Print Shop Technician Lead for the Weekday PM shift. You will supervise the print shop, operate all equipment, and manage the production schedule to meet daily requirements.

You will direct operators, ensure accurate, legible, on-time work orders, and document traceability while coordinating training and cross-training. Forklift operation may be required and ERP transactions are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Have a sincere desire to work and be able to work independently or with a team to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Prior experience with levels of increased responsibility in daily tasks required.
• Prior experience as a Lead preferred.
• Prior experience in performing ERP transactions is preferred.
• 3+ years relevant, steady work history is preferred, manufacturing a plus.
• Speak/read/write English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead must be familiar with and possess ability to operate all equipment in the Print Shop Department.
• Prioritize and manage the production schedule to ensure the shift meets daily requirements.
• Direct operators to the tasks that need to be performed during their production shift.
• Ensure work orders are completed correctly, legibly, and on time.
• Document traceability of products used in the process.
• Lead problem solving and operational improvement activities for the shift.
• Ensure the team follows all company policies and procedures.
• Perform production duties with the team as needed.
• Perform transactions in the ERP system.
• Coordinate training for employees.
• Cross train or transfer to other departments as needed.
