M&R Printing is seeking a Lead Designer – Print Applications in Roselle, IL. This hands-on role leads artwork creation, color separations, and production-ready output for print and digital channels across marketing, demos, and events.

The candidate will bridge design with production, coordinate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales, and ensure high-quality separations and accurate RIP/digital workflows for DTG/DTF projects. Travel to trade shows is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, Printing Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of professional design experience with heavy emphasis on print production, separations, and print applications.
• Extensive hands-on experience creating color separations for screen printing across multiple separation methodologies.
• Strong working knowledge of digital printing workflows and consumables, with DTF and DTG experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with digital RIP software, color management, and output profile configuration.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and related prepress and file analysis tools.
• Proven ability to manage a complex, high-volume workload with frequently shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and produce company art across print and digital channels.
• Create demo art for equipment demonstrations, customer trials, training, and internal testing.
• Adapt and rework existing artwork for varied substrates, print methods, and machine configurations.
• Maintain brand consistency, file organization, and version control across all artwork libraries and archives.
• Partner with Marketing on campaign, collateral, and promotional artwork requiring production-level print expertise.
• Produce high-quality color separations for screen printing.
• Prepare and optimize files for digital printing workflows including DTF and DTG.
• Support the setup, testing, and integration of digital RIP software, including color management and workflow validation.
• Travel several times per year for trade shows, events, and customer engagements.
