M&R Printing Equipment is seeking a Lead Designer – Print Applications in Roselle, IL. You will lead the creation, preparation, and technical execution of artwork across print applications, supporting marketing, demos, and customer engagements from concept to production-ready output.

The role blends creative design with deep production and prepress expertise, interfacing with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales, including hands-on RIP software integration and color management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field.
5+ years of professional design experience with print production.
Extensive experience creating color separations for screen printing.
Experience with digital RIP software and color management.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign).
Ability to manage high‑volume, fast‑paced workloads.
Willingness to travel for trade shows and client engagements.

Responsabilités

Design and produce company art across print and digital channels.
Create demo art for equipment demonstrations, trials, training, and testing.
Adapt and rework existing artwork for varied substrates and configurations.
Maintain brand consistency, file organization, and version control.
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and promotional artwork requiring production‑level print expertise.
