Job summary

Candidates should have a degreed engineering background, many years of experience, familiarity with ARP4754A, and experience with SE tools like DOORS, Cameo, Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; ABET preferred.
• 14+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination.
• Master’s degree or advanced coursework in relevant engineering or systems engineering fields.
• Proficiency with SE tools such as DOORS, Cameo, Jira.
• Certification in systems engineering (e.g. INCOSE ASEP)

Responsibilities

• Oversees the facilitation of 787 Tier 0-2 Requirements Management Processes across changes.
• Advises design engineers with engineering judgement to ensure traceability and impact analyses.
• Implements strategic initiatives to improve management of requirement change activity for the 787 program.
• Develops, implements and maintains process guidance for consistent SE across design teams.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, with travel not exceeding 10%.
