Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years in project or program management or technical operations.
• Experience delivering projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain project plans and resolve issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including status reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Ability to work independently within an agreed scope and know when to elevate.
• Preferred: data center or infrastructure experience; a project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of data center projects from planning through completion.
• Define scope, milestones, owners, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Maintain schedules, action logs, and reporting on progress and risks.
• Coordinate dependencies across operations, engineering, and partner teams.
• Identify blockers early, drive follow-up with owners, and drive follow-up with owners? Wait.
• Track project spending against approved plans and flag changes to forecasts.
• Use metrics to drive practical improvements to processes and reporting.
• Support program reviews and maintain documentation consistent with requirements.
