Position Title: Lead primary guide

Job Description: Lead Montessori Teacher Opportunity at Discovery School (Heath, TX). Discovery School is seeking a certified Montessori Primary Lead Teacher (ages 3–6) to join our community this fall. This is more than a teaching position. It’s an opportunity to guide children academically, physically and spiritually in a Christ-centered Montessori environment. If you are a Montessori educator who has felt called to integrate your faith more fully into your classroom, this role was created with you in mind.

Position Details:

• Full-time position (beginning Fall 2026)
• Salary: up to $40,000/year
• Includes 5 weeks of summer camp (5 hrs per day)
• Located in Heath, TX (inside First Baptist Church of Heath)
