Job summary

One Medical is seeking a physician to join our Portland, OR team. The role involves managing a patient panel with diverse needs, delivering in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits, and collaborating with in-office and virtual teams.

The candidate will participate in ongoing clinical rounds and leverage technology to deliver high‑quality care, while mentoring NP/PA colleagues and contributing to a patient‑centered practice. Oregon licensure is required.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
  • Practiced in outpatient primary care setting in the last 5 years (2 of 5)
  • Board certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or board eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year
  • State license in Oregon, obtained before start date

Responsibilities

  • Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; mix of acute, chronic, well visits
  • Treating patients in-office or in testing centers; occasional tele-health visits
  • Weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
