Job summary

Northwell Health Physician Partners is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an outpatient Newtown practice. The role includes leadership responsibilities alongside clinical duties with a team of physicians and advanced practitioners.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with CT state license and DEA registration.
  • Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Peds.
  • Board certified or board eligible.
  • Willing to provide off-hour coverage with nurse triage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting for a diverse adult patient panel.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care coordination.
  • Engage in teaching and leadership activities within the practice.

Education
