Job summary

Northwell Health seeks a Primary Care Physician for our Newtown Primary Care & Specialty Practice in Newtown, CT. The role is employed with a comprehensive compensation package and potential leadership duties within a busy clinical team.

You will join a practice with 3 physicians, 2 APRNs and a LCSW, delivering team-based care to a diverse adult population in a fully outpatient setting with a modern EHR system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with CT State Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/ Pediatrics Residency
• Outpatient practice experience preferred but new grads welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care in a busy practice
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in on-call coverage and care coordination
• Support physician leadership responsibilities within the clinic
