Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily tasks of multi-trade staff and contractors to meet standards.
• Diagnoses problems; performs repairs and replacements for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Maintains work data in the management system and provides reporting for clients and leadership.
• Ensures timely, safe maintenance activities including after-hours responses to emergencies.
• Keeps records of work, supplies, and equipment; coordinates with leadership on status.
• Communicates with stakeholders to maximize efficiency and resolve issues.
• Participates in recruitment and assists with performance reviews for maintenance staff.
• Plans preventive maintenance with supervisors and assists in budget coordination.
• May perform other building, grounds, and facilities upkeep tasks as assigned.
