Job summary

RiseMe seeks a Pressure Relief Valve Technician III to lead assembly, testing, calibration and maintenance of PRV and related equipment. You will guide inspections and diagnostics and supervise projects.

This role requires advanced certifications, mentoring, and adherence to industry standards. Strong hands-on skills with precision instruments and ability to train junior staff are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Education or GED equivalent is a plus
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Proven ability to lead inspections and calibrations
• Demonstrated proficiency with pressure relief valves and related equipment

Responsibilities

• Follow Company Quality Standardization Procedures for valve assembly and testing
• Lead complex inspections to identify corrective actions
• Perform advanced PMI and calibration tasks
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot valves per codes and standards
• Install and configure advanced instrumentation/accessories
• Operate and interpret diagnostic equipment (i.e., EVT, AVK, Hydroset)
• Mentor technicians through on-the-job training
• Act in a leadership role for assigned projects and areas
