The Press Brake Lead is responsible for leading and supporting the daily operations of the Press Brake department while actively setting up and operating press brake equipment. This role oversees job assignments, trains and mentors operators, ensures quality and productivity standards are met, and promotes a safe, team-oriented work environment. The Press Brake Lead must have strong knowledge of press brake setup, tooling, blueprint reading, and sheet metal fabrication processes while driving continuous improvement and supporting department performance.
