You will support early childhood development through structured curriculum, positive guidance, and strong family engagement while upholding the YMCA mission.

Salary is $45,000/year, full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours per week, reporting to the Senior Childcare Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required.
